Click on appropriate link below to obtain RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number for a repair service. RMA service is exclusively for CAVS player and disc owners. For software (PC programs and songs) owners contact CAVS Tech Support.

Important: All units that arrive to CAVS Service Center for repair service but are not claimed for return or paid for the repair service within 90 days (after the repair estimate notice) shall be automatically liquidated.

1. Download CrossLoop Program - Download

2. Install CrossLopp Program - How to install

3. Launch CrossLoop after installing

4. Click on the Share Tab of your CrossLoop to get the 12 digit Access Code.

5. Give your Access Code to technician.

6. Click the "Yes" button to allow technician temporary access to your PC.
